Job Description
We are looking for a skilled 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will lead and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a motivational leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive success through teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Establish and adjust daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
- Coordinate and oversee daily tasks of direct reports.
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
- Develop action plans to enhance operational results.
- Provide leadership, training, and direction to warehouse personnel.
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Manage expenses and inventory efficiently.
- Address and resolve warehouse issues effectively.
- Lead and facilitate warehouse meetings.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
