Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement suggestions.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older for employment at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
