Job Description

Join ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler and be a crucial part of our warehouse operations that ensure products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This part-time position offers fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our dedicated team works in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with thorough training and safety programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and provide input for process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
