Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness and teamwork.
- Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
- Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
