2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
