Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth preparation of shipments. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse standards and meeting safety requirements.

- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
