Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and assisting in the overall warehouse operations.

Shift Details

Shift: 2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM
Schedules: Various schedules available based on shift preferences

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to organize tasks efficiently and follow company standards.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
