2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and perform basic arithmetic.
