2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation and loading for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company procedures.

Job Qualifications

To be employed at Aldi, you must be 18 years or older. Ideal candidates will exhibit conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team are required.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for this role.

Physical Requirements

The role involves lifting products up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
