2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. Our warehouse operations play a key role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, catering to the needs of our growing customer base. In this role, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, undergoing comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute ideas to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting products up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
