2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. With a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, you will be working 30-35 hours per week on various schedules, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and warehouse maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
