Job Description
We are looking for a diligent 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. This part-time position offers competitive starting wages and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate and organize merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist with inventory counts.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective operations.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Adhere to ALDI Acts competencies and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, grip, and walk throughout the warehouse.
