Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by selecting and relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety requirements.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
