2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM, with various schedule options available. As a Warehouse Stocker, your duties include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and ensure product quality. To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, strive for success, and organize and execute with efficiency. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
