2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various duties, including receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and follow company policies and procedures.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
