2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective operations.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
