2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise to fulfill store orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drive for success by achieving goals and adhering to policies.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving of merchandise.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
