2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
