Job Description - 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report product quality and safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, interpret company policies, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
