Job Description
We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and perform tasks accurately within company policies.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Efficient organization and execution skills.
- Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in varying temperatures.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
