2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines within the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and provide feedback on product quality and safety concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
