2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare and load shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

18 years or older.
Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
