2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00pm start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Requires working Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Requires working Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Requires working Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs cleaning duties, inventory counts, and cooperates with peers.
• Provides input for process improvement, inspects products, and assists in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older, Acts Competencies, and job-specific competencies.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
