Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
