2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. You will be part of the 2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
