2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team and follow company standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
