2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at up to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, follow instructions, and work within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks as needed.
