Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
