2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate conscientiousness, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
