2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in the warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Your hard work and commitment will contribute to providing top-notch customer service to our ever-expanding customer base.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, reporting any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
