2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Successful candidates will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores while maintaining high safety standards and warehouse appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
