2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
