2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a critical part of our operations, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse efficiency and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in various warehouse conditions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
