Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries to our stores.
Shift Details
- Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time
- Schedules: We offer multiple schedule options to accommodate different preferences and commitments.
Responsibilities
- Receive and select incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory management and communication with team members.
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
