2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores for our customers to enjoy. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Position Type

Part-Time, with fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and walking in varying temperatures.
