2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
