2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and process improvements.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, sit, stand, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
