2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient stock management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks efficiently and comply with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely following guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize with efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
