Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing operations at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock, as well as preparing merchandise for shipment and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes, inspect products, and assist in achieving goals.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.

- Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
