3rd Shift Part Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 3rd Shift Part Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and committed to ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties, inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent movement throughout the warehouse in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
