We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of inventory to our stores, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily shipping schedules to meet store inventory needs.
• Supervise product staging and pallet construction.
• Coordinate with 3rd party partners and vendors for smooth operations.
• Lead warehouse team meetings and provide guidance for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines for product handling and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
