Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
- Coordinate and supervise daily tasks of direct reports, including receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, and company values to direct reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Provide input for operational improvements and maintain quality standards.
- Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel to optimize workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Manage inventory, expenses, and payroll adjustments as necessary.
Requirements

- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
