Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with established guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Establish and modify daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
- Oversee the receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
- Implement action plans to improve operational results.
- Lead and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and develop warehouse personnel to maximize performance.
- Monitor and manage expenses to optimize efficiency.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage direct reports effectively.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
