3rd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 3rd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. As a package handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, performing general cleaning duties, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. You will also be required to participate in warehouse inventory counts, inspect product quality, and operate equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
