3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your role will involve collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges.
• Drive for success and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
