Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Boutique Sales Coordinator to join Bishop Gadsden, a top life care retirement community located in Charleston. As the Eliza's Attic Thrift Boutique Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of the boutique by assisting with operations, sales, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with the Attic Manager.
  • Manage opening and closing duties, including cash register reconciliation.
  • Assist in pricing, arranging items, and optimizing display space.
  • Promote Eliza's Attic through social media for increased customer engagement.
  • Coordinate donation pickups and ensure safe handling of items.
  • Support general sales efforts and maintain professional relationships with residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well with diverse groups.
  • Prior retail experience and knowledge of antiques are advantageous.
  • Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
