General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, safe loading/unloading of freight
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback
• Ensure a safe working environment and handle hazardous materials
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve goals
• Support a culture focused on integrity, excellence, and teamwork
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in service center or transportation industry
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
