Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely loading/unloading of freight.
- Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
- Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
- Ensure safe handling, loading, and storage of hazardous materials.
- Foster a values-driven culture focused on integrity, collaboration, growth, and wellness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in Service Center or transportation field preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of freight handling techniques and regulations.
