ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of one of the country's largest and most trusted LTL carriers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient loading/unloading of freight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operations.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
