ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling the loading and unloading of freight to ensure timely and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performances.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations as needed.
• Support team goals and uphold our values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related field is a plus.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
